滚轴筛ROLLER SCREEN

滚轴筛主要用于火电厂输煤系统。它可以将原煤中大于筛孔的块煤、木块、石块等筛分出来，使符合粒度要求的物料进入下一级输煤设备，保护系统的稳定、安全。

   滚轴筛是利用同向旋转的筛轴组成的筛面，推动物料向前移动，同时筛分物料。经过多年的输煤系统应用证明，滚轴筛与其它类型的筛分机械相比，筛分效率高，噪音小，不易堵筛，可广泛应用于火电厂、选煤、选矿等散状物料分级筛分作业的场所。

    Roller screen is suitable for feeding coal system in  thermal power plant. I t can pick coal, wood, stone which size is bigger than the size of screen from raw coal and the rest will enter next equipment, protecting system in safety and stably condition.

   Roller screen use screen face which is made of rotary shafts and filtering the materials at the same time. By many years using test, it’s efficiency is high, noise is low, not easy blocking than any other machine. So it can extensive apply in thermal power plant and other spot for choosing materials.

BGS变倾角等厚系列滚轴筛，筛面倾角依次变化，入煤处最大，角度逐渐变小，实现快速等厚筛分，不易堵筛，适用于大水分弱粘煤的筛分。

    GS系列滚轴筛，平面筛面，筛面呈一个角度，结构简洁，筛分物料流畅，占地空间小。

Series BDS roller screen which obliquities of screen face are changes in turn. The maximal one in inlet then become small gradually. It can realize fast filter and not easy blocking. Best for washy coal.

Series GS roller screen which screen face is a plane and all obliquities have the same angle. Simply structure, easy filterinf.
