CG系列给煤机是借鉴美国最先进技术，并结合国情而开发的新型电子称重式给煤设备，该机广泛应用于火力发电厂燃煤锅炉制粉系统与磨煤机匹配使用，是与循环流化床锅炉相配的理想计量给料设备。该机还适用于冶金、化工、矿山、建材、粮食等行业的散状物料输送及计量。

分为以CJG、CNG种类。

结构十大特点 Ten Structures and characteristics： 

    给料机与料流接触的所有结构部件均采用不锈钢制造，机体符合美国国家防火协会85F标准规定的要求，采用圆筒形耐压密封结构，耐压能力强，同时可以减少机体内部粉尘的堆积。

    All structure parts of coal feeder, which contact with coal were made by stainless steeql, It is designed and manufactured  according to the standard 85F (National Fireproof Association of USA) and adopted with cylindrical sealing structure, so it has a strong compression capacity, and reduce dust in shell.

▲ 胶带采用能耐高温的合成橡胶，性能指标高于一般输送胶带，均匀度高；

▲     胶带采用缝隙式环形裙边带，有效防止在输送过程中和通过主、被动滚筒时物料洒落。

▲     胶带内面带有凸形台的特殊结构，有效防止胶带跑偏。

▲The belt use materials which can bear high temperature and avoid burning, its performance index is better than other belts.

▲The belt adopt with the slit circlar skirt edge and can avoid the materials without spreading off belt during conveying.

▲The belt has a bulge on the back surface, it is effective for preventinh from belt deviating.

    采用重力张紧，可使胶带保持恒定的张力，不需经常调整，有效地防止胶带打滑，保持信号速度的准确，提高计量精度。

  I t adopts means of gravity tension which can make the belt at constant tensioning status, increase weighing precision.

    清扫链采用楞锻铸铁链条，强度高，不易断链，清扫链上均匀布置若干带翼链杆，链杆间用链销相互联接，传动轴采用良好的滚动轴承，运行可靠，寿命长，养活维修量。

  Cleaning chain adopt the malleable iron cast, having high intensity, not easy break, it has several relies and rod-chain, the rod-chain connect with chain pins. Driving shaft use fair rolling bear credibility in operation, long service life, decreasing maintenance.

    机体内引入吹扫风以抵消由出料口返上的底部燃煤系统变温压力风，保证机内胶带及机构的正常运行和物料正向流动。正向的均匀的物流混合着吹扫风进入燃烧室。密封高度适当，不需要放置封闭。

  Sweeping air can counteract the wind pressure which existing in the bottom of the coal-burning system and guarantee belt for normal running and materials for positive going. Positive, uniform materials with sweeping gas feed into furnace, sealing height is proper, don’t need rotary sealing valve.

●采用高精度吊挂式称重传感器，计量精度高，安装方便。

●机内装有称重标准块，使精度校验和检测方便快捷。

   给料机输送胶带的外侧装有杠杆式刮板清扫装置，有效除去粘附在表面的物料。

    Against to the outside of belt has installed the lever scraper cleaning device, it can remove adherent materials on the belt effectively.

    为方便给料机维护，设计了大检修门。两个玻璃观察窗位于给料机进口端（端门），用于观察胶带运行状况。由于壳体的防尘密封，确保了整体防爆性，增强了给料机的安全性。

  In order to maintain conveniently, large access door is designed. Two glass windows located inlet of coal feeder for watching running line of belt. Due to shell has good dust seal to guarantee whole body anti explosion and to strengthen safety of coal feeder.

    工作灯是采用220V、100W的灯泡位于给粒机的两端提供内部照明。机内设置的照明灯，既与恶劣环境隔离，又可在不破坏压力密封的条件下更换灯泡。

  Work light use 220V, 100W bulb located two sides of coal feeder supplying inner lighting. The inner light separate with bad environmentand and can also be changed without damaging pressure seal.

给料机通常可采用设定微机处理控制器的负荷率下限方式来检测断煤，为了增加报警的可靠性，增设了电容式或旋叶式断煤报警器。

电容式断煤报警器具有动作灵敏、可靠性高、寿命长及维修简单方便的优点。

  Coal feeder usually adopt the microprocessor to set load rate in lower limit value to check coal off. In order to increase reliability of warning the feeder is added capacitor alarm has high credibility, long working life and easy maintain or replace.
