GGS系列 惯性共振概率筛

INERTIA RESONANCE PROBABILITY SCREEN

   筛机由机体平衡质体与简切橡胶弹簧组成主振系统，机体平衡质体与隔振弹簧组成隔振系统，筛机的振动是由装于平衡质体中间的单轴惯性激振器激励的。

    该机为双质体振动系统，在近共振状态下工作，它的工作频率略低于主振系统的固有频率。该机的工作频率通常为隔振系统固有频率的3倍以上，获得了良好的隔振效果。筛箱的运动轨道是接近于直线的椭圆。

    The main vibratory system of the screen consists of the balance substance and shear rubber spring while the vibration isolation system is composed of the balance substance and vibration isolation spring. The vibration of the screen is excited by the single axle inertia exciter that is mounted in the middle of the balance substance.

    With double vibrating system, the screen is working under the state of near resonance, whose working frequency will be a little lower than that of the main vibrating system but two times higher that of the vibration isolation system, resulting in better vibration isolation. The moving track of the screen is like an ellipse which is nearly a straight line.
