环形给煤机

     环形给煤机是火力发电厂圆筒贮煤仓下部使用的大型给煤机。由梨煤车、给煤车、驱动定位装置、卸煤梨和电控系统组成。工作时，车体沿圆弧轨道行走，梨煤车将筒仓下部圆周缝隙中的煤均匀地拨落在煤车上，再由卸煤梨将煤拨到胶带输送机上。产品可用于各行业实现散装物料从筒仓中定量给煤。

       1. 采用环式缝隙出煤，增加物料出口截面，改善筒仓蓬煤堵煤现象。

      2. 采用变频控制系统，实现无级调速，能连续均匀地调整给煤量。

      3. 车体外侧装有柱销齿轮，运行可靠，维修方便，费用低。

      1.Coals are removed from circular seam of silo so that material section is increased and silo coal blockage is reduced.

      2.Frequency variable control system is used for a stepless speed regulation so that the coal delivery is set at a continuous and even flow rate.

      3.The system is fitted with a pillar - pinned gear on its external side for easy repair and maintenance,low operation cost and reliable operation.
