SCREW ASH REMOVER

       螺旋除渣机是火力发电厂燃煤锅炉除渣系统的重要附机，能将灰渣连续、均匀地排入冲灰沟。该机由捞渣、碎渣和驱动三部分组成。炉渣从炉膛落入充有冷却水的除渣机灰槽内，经机冷粒化化，由捞渣铰龙将灰渣输入碎渣机内进行破碎，再排入冲灰沟，用压力水将灰渣排到贮灰场。

    Screw ash remover is main auxiliary equipment in ash handling system of coal combustion boiler in power plant. It can discharge coal ash into the ashpit continuously and evenly. This ash remover consists of ash removing screw, ash crushing mechanism and drive system. The coal ash dropping from boiler ce into the remover trough, in which cool water is filled, is granulated by quick cooling and conveyed through screw to the crushing mechanism to be crushed and discharged into the ash pit, through which the ash is ejected store field by press water.
