Incoming coal sampler

 MRC型入厂煤采样机可在运煤车顶部采制煤样，能连续完成煤样的采取、破碎和缩分，制成实验室用煤样并装瓶。用于火力发电厂、煤矿、煤港等需进行煤质监测采样的行业或单位。我厂已研制出门式、桥式、回转悬臂式等形式的入厂煤采样机。

该机采用高新技术，由计算机控制采制样全过程，自动完成点位选择、取样、破碎、缩分、集样和余煤处理等工作。产品国内首创，采样定点和制样方法符合国家新标准要求，并可满足用户不同要求。该产品于1999年获国家发明专利，专利号：ZL01106082.0。

    Incoming coal sampler is used to take coal samples from top of coal truck and complete the sampling, crushing, concentrating and separating, making into lab sample and bottling continuously. It is used in thermal power plant, coal mine, coal port and those industries and enterprises that require coal samples to monitor coal quality. We have manufactured model MRC incoming coal sampler used on railway train and model QRC used on truck.

    The sampler is a high-tech product, which is controlled by computer for the whole process of sampling including position selection, sample making, crushing, concentrating and separating, sample collection, residual coal cleaning. The product is a first creation and sample making are in accordance with the new national standard. The sampler is made with homemade or U.S. made sampling tip.

              M R C — X X

                 其中：M 代表煤样coal； R代表入厂 incoming; C 代表采样机 sampling； 

                       第一X 代表补充型号 无标志-门式 Q-桥式 H-回转悬臂式 T-塔式；

                       第二X 采制样形式 Type of sampling,Ⅰ一体式 combining form Ⅱ 分离式 separaing form.

MRC--Ⅰ：采制样一体式结构，采样制样装置均布置在采样小车里，采样系统采取的灯样直接进入制样系统制样，缩分后的余煤直接送落在车箱顶部，产品结构紧凑。

MRC--Ⅱ：采制样分离式结构。安装在采样机小车上的采样系统所采取的煤样，经胶带输送到制样系统；布置在大车立柱一侧的制样系统完成制样工作后，缩分后的余煤经螺旋弃料装置返送回去车箱顶部。                  

1.Model  MRC-Ⅰ: Sampling and making devices combined together, which is disposes in small trolley. Coal sample making device directly ,the rest drop into the top of railway, fast structure.

2.Model MRC-Ⅱ: Sampling and making devices are separated. Sampling device is disposed in small trolley. Coal sampler enter making device through belt, the rest returned the top of railway by screw device.
