SERIES QDS AIR-SUPPORTED
BELT CONVEYOR
QDS系列气垫式胶带输送机是目前最先进的物料输送设备。主要用于电厂、化工、煤炭、粮食、冶金、建材等部门，输送堆积密度为0.5～2.5t/m3的煤炭、木屑、壳物、矿石等各种块状、粒状等散松物料。
本机是通过风机和风量调节机构连续向气室供给一定压力和流量的空气，空气通过气室盘槽上的排气孔在胶带与盘槽之间现成气垫支承，胶带在传动机构的拖动下，在气垫上运行，以流体摩擦代替托辊式胶带输送机的滚动摩擦，减少阻力，达到输送物料的目的。
Air-supported belt conveyor that is a
kind of present advanced conveying equipment is being widely used in electric
power, chemical, coal, grain and building material industries to convey loose
bulk material, the bulk density of which air 0.5 to 2.5 t/m3, such as
coal, wood scrap, grain, minerals etc.
The belt of this conveyor is supported
by the pressure air rushed out of the holes of the air chamber into which air is
blowed continuouly in a certain amount and pressure by a fan and wind adjusting
mechanism. The conveyor driven by a drive mechanism conveys materials on an air
cushion, thus fluid friction is in place of rolling friction between belt and
support roller, reducing the friction drag.
