叶轮给煤机
SERIES YG PADDLE FEEDER
叶轮给煤机用于火力电站缝式煤沟,通过叶轮的旋转和车体的纵向移动,把原煤定量、均匀、连续地拨到输煤带上。也用于煤炭、冶金、矿山、建材、化工等行业散装物料输送的给料系统。
该系列产品结构新颖,性能齐全。主传动机构采用先进的上传动方式使输煤系统布局合理。有过载保护装置,保证设备安全运行。行走机构采用三代轮组,结构简单,安装维修方便。配有布袋式除尘器,能有效地清除工作中产生的粉尘。
Paddle feeder is used in bottom-gapped coalbunker
in coal-fired power plant to feed coal onto the belt conveyor in
fixed quantity continuously and evenly with the rotation of the
paddle and traveling of the machine. It is also applicable to coal,
metallurgy, mining, building material, chemical industries to handle
bulk materials.
This series of products has novel structure, perfect characteristic;
the drive mechanism adopts an advanced upper drive system to make
the arrangement of the coal handling system reasonable. With
overload protection device, the machine works safely. The traveling
mechanism adopts the third generation wheel group with simple
strusture for easy installation and maintenance. fitted with cloth
bag dust extrator, the paddle feeder can efficiently extract coal
dust caused by its operation. The feeder is powered through cable
dragging car or cable roller.
