MODEL CHORD FINE SCREEN

     琴弦细筛是一种适用于粘湿物料的分级的筛机，该筛机是一种单轴椭圆形振动筛。下层筛面采用纵向张紧的物料钢丝绳作为筛网，透网率高，且在落料端有承料板，可耐物料的冲击。

    该筛机采用电动机直接传动，偏心块激振器可方便调整激振力。该筛面具有特有的二次高频振动使物料不易粘在筛网上。

    该筛机适用于供应循环流化床锅炉的细粒度的煤的筛分。

      The chord fine screen is applicable to classify sticky and wet materials. It is a single shaft elliptical vibrating screen and the lower layer of screening surface is made of special wire rope which are tensioned and longitudinally arranged for better penetration of material. With a board at the upper for material falling on, the screen is of high resistance to impact.

    This screen makes use of a motor to drive directly with an eccentric block vibration exciter for easy adjustment of vibration force.

    Model QXS chord screen has the function of unique secondary high frequency vibration, thus the screen surface can always keep clean without ashesive material. It is suitable for screening fine coal that is for combustion of CFB boiler.
